novotruck attaches great importance to professional and transparent processing

At novotruck, we place great value on transparency and a smooth process. To ensure you're well prepared, you'll find all the important information regarding payment methods and the dispatch of documents prior to vehicle pickup or transport here.

Payment terms

We offer various payment options to meet your individual needs:

advance payment

  • Complete vehicles :

    • After completion you will receive the invoice.

    • After receipt of payment we will send you the registration certificate part II (vehicle registration document).

    • The collection or transfer can then take place.

       

  • Vehicle insulation, body's and/or cooling units:

    • After completion you will receive the invoice.

    • After receipt of payment we will send you the TÜV certificate for registration.

    • The collection or transfer can take place or be arranged afterwards.

  • leasing

    • The leasing company transfers the agreed amount to novotruck.

    • The registration certificate Part II (vehicle registration document) is sent directly to the responsible registration office.

    • After approval, we receive the documents back and the collection or transfer can take place or be arranged.

  • Financing or hire purchase

    • The customer pays the VAT directly to novotruck.

    • The financing bank transfers the net amount to novotruck.

    • The registration certificate Part II is sent to the registration office.

    • After approval, we receive the documents back and the collection or transfer can take place.

Vehicle collection

  • Collection is possible after prior appointment with your sales person or our vehicle delivery.

  • Please bring all necessary documents with you when picking up your vehicle - remember your license plate.

  • If you are the pickup but not our customer, we require identification from our customer.

  • Alternatively, we also offer a professional transfer service. You can find this service at novodrive.eu
